Do you think you can master the subtleties of Spotify? We bet we can teach you two or three little things.
Shortcuts, privacy, events to find near home ... so many little tips that can make all the difference in your use of Spotify. Follow the guide.
ADD PIECES TO WAITING
If you use the queue feature, allowing you to compose what you want to listen to rather than relying on randomness, there are two ways to do it depending on the phone in possession:
Press the list button at the top right of the song being played. A new screen appears and it will only remain to check the pieces that will be added to the queue.
If you have an iPhone, scrub into your playlist and slide your finger right to the desired songs. You will then have access to a similar button, in the form of a list, which will add the desired music to your queue.
FIND CONCERTS CLOSE TO YOU
Spotify can find concerts near you, it is a very practical tool rather than wasting time by a classic search on the browser. Go to "Browse" and then to the fifth entry "Concerts".
Proposals are based on the artists and songs you listen to. It is possible to change the city with a simple "Edit Location".
PRIVATE LISTENING
If you're ashamed to listen to Glee's full, listening privately is an option to consider. Go to the "Settings" wheel, then click on the fifth "Sharing" entry.
At this time, the new screen offers several options to preserve your privacy, the first is the famous "Private Listening" which will remain active for a certain period of time.
Otherwise, you can simply disable the sharing of your activity, a lower entry.
RESTORE A PLAYLIST
You have deleted a playlist by mistake or regret the deletion? Do not worry, you'll be able to scour it. This time, you have to go to the Spotify site via your browser.
Once on the page, click on the top right to access your Spotify account and then on the "Account overview" menu. A list of entries will take place and "Restore playlists" will give you access to the history of erased playlists and the possibility to restore them.
PIPING AN ARTIST OR PLAYLIST
This is a tip available on Android only. By long pressing a thumbnail, a series of features appears whose last "Add to home screen" is the one that interests us. It will create a shortcut for an artist or playlist on your home screen.
